Every HUAVELLE piece is made to order and shipped worldwide at no additional cost.

Making time

Please allow 15 business days for your piece to be crafted, finished and quality-checked before dispatch. This is the making period and does not include shipping time.

Photo before dispatch

Before your order leaves us, we email a photo of the finished piece to the email address used at checkout. This gives you a clear look at the completed item before shipment.

Complimentary worldwide shipping

Standard tracked shipping is complimentary for every order, worldwide. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7–20 business days, depending on destination, customs and local carrier conditions.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed after the parcel is accepted by the carrier. Tracking activity may take several days to appear after dispatch.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes or customs charges are determined by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Orders needed for a specific date

If your order is for a wedding, birthday or another fixed date, email info@huavelle.com before ordering. We will tell you honestly whether the making and delivery timeline is suitable.

Address changes

Contact us within 24 hours if your shipping address is incorrect. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the carrier can redirect it.
