What is Ronghua?

Ronghua is a traditional Chinese silk-flower craft. Fine mulberry silk is prepared, trimmed, shaped and assembled by hand into dimensional flowers and leaves.

Are HUAVELLE pieces handmade?

HUAVELLE works with skilled artisans in China who use Ronghua techniques to shape the silk components by hand. HUAVELLE curates the designs, sets presentation standards and quality-checks finished pieces.

How long does an order take?

Each pair is made in 15 business days before dispatch. Complimentary tracked worldwide shipping follows and usually takes 7–20 business days.

Will I see my finished piece before it ships?

Yes. We email a photo of the finished piece before dispatch.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Standard tracked worldwide shipping is complimentary on every order. Import duties or local taxes, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.

Do you offer 925 sterling silver fittings?

Yes. Current earring styles offer 925 sterling silver post and hook choices. A silver-tone clip-on option is also available.

Are the earrings hypoallergenic?

We do not describe any fitting as allergy-free. If you have known metal sensitivities, review the fitting listed on the product page and email info@huavelle.com before ordering.

Will my piece look exactly like the photograph?

The overall design, color direction and materials remain consistent. Because silk flowers are shaped by hand, small differences in curve and placement are part of the character of each piece. Screen and lighting conditions can also affect color.

How should I care for silk-flower jewelry?

Keep it dry, avoid perfume and hairspray, and store it in the presentation box away from pressure and prolonged direct sunlight. Handle flowers by the metal base rather than pulling the silk.

Can I return an order?

Unworn, non-custom pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom or altered pieces are final sale unless damaged, defective or incorrect.

What if I need it for a wedding or fixed date?

Email info@huavelle.com before ordering. The 15-business-day making period and shipping time are separate, so we will help you judge whether the timeline works.
